All wine lovers have at some time wondered what it might be like, to have one’s one vineyard. To produce the kind of wine you just love to drink. This is the story of PININO.

After having worked together in Nothern Italy’s fashion industry, Max Hernandez and Andrea Gamon decided to make their passion a profession and bought the PININO estate in 2003. For Max – whose Father had been a winemaker in Toro – it also signified an adventure leading him back to his family’s roots.

The enthusiasm for Tuscany’s great reds passed on to the next generation, with Elena Gamon joining the company as director of sales in 2019.
